Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please ensure the item remains unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Process: Our refund process is straightforward and efficient. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be promptly issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. For expedited processing, we recommend providing visual evidence such as photos or videos showcasing any defects or damages for a swift resolution.

Steps to Start a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@cassca.store to initiate the return process. Kindly provide the reason for the return along with your order number. Await instructions on the return shipment address. Once we receive and verify your return (typically within 72 hours), you'll receive a confirmation email. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3-5 working days for processing.

Coverage Scenarios:

  • Customer Dissatisfaction: If the return is due to customer dissatisfaction, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued for the item cost minus the original shipping free.
